I want to provide the best experience possible and become a guide so that you can reach your health goals in a balanced and sustainable way. 

I try to keep things simple. 1. Book a consultation. 2. Fill out the survey (questions about you and your goals). 3. We meet over a 30 minute call. 

Regardless if you sign up for coaching, my mission is to help you improve your health and well-being. Ask me any questions you’d like. I want to understand your values, goals, struggles, strengths, etc. so that we can determine the best path going forward. 

I have one offer that I am very transparent about. 3 months of coaching is $450. Why 3 months? It’s long enough to make legitimate progress through the development of habits, skills, and consistency. Why $450? It’s just a number representative of my value, it gives you skin in the game, and shows your commitment by investing in yourself. 

Absolutely. My coaching philosophy is about making small changes that have a huge impact over time. In fact, my favorite strategy takes only 10 minutes a day. Coaching and improving your health isn’t about adding more to your plate, it’s about becoming reflective, intentional, increasing your effectiveness, and developing habits that make accomplishing your goals sustainable and enduring.
